ABOUT
Reflections on Art and Democracy is a celebration of plays, salons, lectures, and concerts in Los Angeles aimed at raising awareness about the rise of fascism and anti-Semitism, the power of art and design to resist them, and the confluence of visual and performative artworks to promote democracy. Participants include Los Angeles performing arts and cultural organizations presenting events between July 1 and September 1 to advance art and performance as a platform to confront fascism, anti-Semitism, and other forces threatening democracy.
